3 ways to take care of your face.

After each rough day, your skin, especially, your face, may feel tried and old. Do not keep this feeling be with you long time. There are 3 basic steps of facial treatment that you can do by yourself and do not spend any time.

1.Cleansing: to remove dirt, oil , makeup and general grime from your face. Using a bar of soap, liquid cleanser or special formulated cream that is appropriate for your skin type. Drying your face with a soft clean towel. Washing your face twice a day is recommended but excessive cleansing tends to over dry the skin.
 
2.Toning: to remove rest of soap, makeup, oil and grime. Choosing toner that is suited to your skin and bewaring of products containing harsh ingredients. Always remind that a good toner should make your face feel smooth and refreshed.

3.Moisturizing: to replenish natural moisture to your skin. Keep in mind that different skin types will require different types of moisture.

These are methods to refresh your face but do not forget to refresh your life, too. Please keep in mind that life will be more pleasant if you feel relaxed and calm. Then, just take time for yourself and relax!
