“Roselle” what do you think of when you hear this word? For me, the first thing is the picture of red cool drink, roselle juice, one of the most popular summer drinks in many countries and one of my favorite drinks, too. I love it because it is delicious and can be cooked easily. Just boil 5 cups of water, add a cup of roselle, simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, add sugar, put ice in a glass, pour the juice and drink.
