Stress is a mind problem that can cause to many sick. By this way, sometimes the patients can be worry , unhappy, weary, moody , pessimistic including unefficiency in working. So, this is quite a dangerous problem to all mankind .

To get rid of the stress problem and prevent all symptoms that would be happened by this, we should know the way to manage with the stress by ourself.

1. Give a priority to stress

Fate, maybe good in sometimes but it's not your whole life. You have to take care of and live by yourself , and know how to entertain when you feel upset.

2. Time management

The major cause of stress is time. Due to busy life , most people always have not enough time to relax or finish their whole works . By this way, people should plan about their work and do by the schedule . It would be best not to procrastinate your work .

3. Planing to confront with stress

To confront with any problem you should know its cause. In the same way, to confront and manage with stress , you should know the reason why it happen. There are many causes of stress such as family problem, work and friend etc.

4. Have an excercise

It is known that excercise is good for health. Because, our body will releases endorphine chemicals in the brain and we feel better.So, excercise everyday can drive the stress away.

5. Let it go

There are both of happy and sad in our life. Today we cry , tomorrow we may laugh. So, don't cling to only one thing especially for stress. You should know how can you etertain yourself and let all stress go .

6. Ask for help from close people

Remember that you never live alone, so there are many people who ready to go with you when you have problem or need help. Just only open your mind, then you will see lots of hands to hold you .

7. Optimism

When there's a bad thing happen to someone, he always blame god or fate. Why don't turn that unlucky to a chance. This may provide you the great opportunity.

8. Relaxation

Relax by activities you love or make the meditation can help to relieve your muscle. It is also good for your heart and presure. However, it will be best to know which activity suit to yourself.

9. Change management

Someone like the change and someone not like . However, sometimes the change won't be good result to your mind . So, it would be better to prepare your mind for changing something and its result.

10. Prepare yourself

Prepare yourself for ready to strengthen your mind , get rid of bad habit and become a better man.

11. Asking for help from the expert

The best way to help you to manage with any stress you should go to see the doctor or the expert. Don't break the trouble by yourself with drugs or alcohol. It won't make you feel better but worse instead.
