Q-10 or Coenzyme Q-10 is a vitamin-like nutrient found naturally in the mitochondria, an energy-producing center of the cell and was newly discovered in 1950. It is widely used in Japan and also popular in Europe and western Asia.

This vitamin is very important to man and the reason why we should learn more about it are:
